Intro
Bianca is an associate in the firm’s Construction section. She focuses her practice on construction and real estate law. Her practice includes representing public entities, private owners, heavy civil, commercial, and residential contractors, subcontractors, design professionals, suppliers, and transportation companies in a variety of civil litigation matters in state and federal court. Bianca’s experience includes complex construction litigation, alternative dispute resolution, breach of contract matters, corporate disputes, mechanics lien and bond claims, landlord-tenant matters and civil harassment matters. She is adept at all phases of litigation including legal research, discovery, depositions, motion practice, oral argument, mediation, arbitration, and trial.
During law school, Bianca worked as a legal extern for the Honorable Justice Ming Chin in the California Supreme Court and for the Honorable Justice Jim Humes in the First Appellate District of the California Court of Appeal.
