Danielle focuses her practice on representing employers in workplace law matters, including preventive advice and counseling. Her experience includes litigating a wide variety of labor and employment matters involving wrongful termination, retaliation, and discrimination as
well as wage and hour class actions and representative actions brought under California Labor Code’s Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA).
