Michael is an experienced trial attorney with more than a decade of experience and more than 40 jury trials to date. He represents local government agencies such as police departments, local governments, and school districts. Michael advises clients in areas such as administrative and Skelly hearings, Pitchess motions, special education, arbitration, and CPRA, as well as white-collar and discrimination cases on behalf of individuals, entities, and businesses.
Michael is a former Deputy District Attorney and a Criminal Defense Attorney. In addition to his practice, Michael is passionate about the areas of animal welfare and advocacy, special education and disability law, and criminal law.
