Nicholas Yang

Intro

Nic works in the firm’s Litigation and Insurance Recovery sections. Prior to joining us, he was a litigation associate at a firm representing various insurance companies, and at another firm where he litigated business, real estate, and personal injury matters. His experience includes conducting and defending depositions, preparing pleadings, mediation briefs, discovery requests/responses, and pre-trial motions for litigation cases in multiple states. He is also skilled in handling various motions, oppositions, and replies, including demurrers, preliminary injunctions, and ex-parte motions, among others. He has been recognized as a "Rising Star" by Super Lawyers Magazine.
