Rachael represents a variety of health care clients including health care facilities, long-term care providers, and senior care and housing communities. She advises them on regulatory compliance, federal and state fraud and abuse laws, licensure, Medicare and Medi-Cal reimbursement and certification, HIPAA compliance, corporate governance, contract drafting and business structuring.
Before joining Hanson Bridgett, Rachael worked as a medical malpractice litigator representing both hospitals and physicians.
