Sewar focuses her practice on claims and litigation, both in California State and Federal courts, contract administration, and the defense of public and private clients, including contractors, owners, and construction professionals. Sewar has experience advising clients on projects of all sizes and has handled disputes involving construction defects and delays, design errors and omissions, terminations, defaults, and professional licensing agreements. Sewar represents clients in jury and bench trials, binding arbitrations and mediations.
