Intro
Mark is an associate in our San Francisco office’s Corporate & Risk Management Section specializing in commercial litigation, representing clients in contracts, trade secrets, products liability, torts, third-party subpoenas, and other business-related disputes. In addition to his litigation practice, Mark has experience in pre-litigation internal investigations for public entities and businesses.
Mark provides clients with technology-based approaches to efficiently drive matters forward toward desirable resolutions. As an attorney, and previously as a Senior Consultant at an international consulting firm, Mark has led eDiscovery teams, providing leadership and guidance throughout all stages of the eDiscovery Reference Model.
When not practicing law, Mark stays engaged with the community, where he currently serves as the Vice Chair of the California Lawyers Association, Law Practice Management and Technology Section’s Executive Committee. Additionally, Mark has served as an Advisory Board Member of the Customer Success, Business and Management Executive Certificate program at California State University, East Bay, and as a Board Member of The Social Engineering Project, Inc., a 501(c)(3) non-profit.
Mark earned his J.D. from the University of San Francisco School of Law, where he received the Edward J. McFetridge Award for Excellency in Advocacy and served as an Extern for Judge Thelton E. Henderson of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California.
