What Does “Living Our Values” Actually Mean? Find Out In Our New Video Series
When it comes to DEI initiatives and firm values, actions speak louder than words. That’s been key to our approach at Hanson Bridgett—leading by example and taking real action throughout the firm and beyond to address the need for systematic change. Part of fostering an environment where DEI is authentically embedded in the workplace culture means amplifying our positive impact and spotlighting people who are making a difference by living our values.

That depends on who you ask, and our latest video series—Belonging at Hanson Bridgett—aims to showcase different individual perspectives and backgrounds. In our first installment, Partner Samantha Wolff discusses what inclusion means for her, challenging the expectations of young working mothers, and the importance of feeling supported by colleagues.
