Hanson Bridgett Named a Best Place to Work in the Bay Area

June 25, 2024 (San Francisco, CA) – Hanson Bridgett LLP is pleased to announce that the firm has been recognized as a Best Place to Work in the Bay Area. 2024 marks the 10th consecutive year the firm has secured the award, presented by the San Francisco Business Times and the Silicon Valley Business Journal.

This year, in addition to being ranked #15 overall Best Place to Work in the Bay Area for large companies (200-499 employees), the firm received a Wellness Award, which recognizes businesses that prioritize health—committing to employee wellness, fostering a healthy work environment, and offering excellent benefits programs.

Awardees were selected based on independent survey research obtained from Quantum Workplace. This year, the process involved more than 450 nominations, which were narrowed down to 125 companies. The finalists are those whose employees rated them highest on key factors, such as compensation and benefits, collaborative culture, and management practices.

The award is the latest in a string of 2024 achievements highlighting Hanson Bridgett's healthy workplace culture. Seramount recently recognized the firm as a Best Law Firm for Women and Diversity for the 15th consecutive year.
