Susie is an associate in the firm's corporate and risk management section and specializes in intellectual property, technology transactions, and privacy. She assists clients on trademark and copyright procurement and enforcement; corporate partnering and IP licensing; due diligence in M&A; and data governance and privacy. Susie also advises clients on advertising matters, including FTC compliance, and AI/ML data and IP issues. She is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP).
