Intro
Tareesha is an Associate in the Real Estate + Environment Section. Tareesha focuses her practice on representing lending institutions in a variety of commercial real estate lending transactions, including development and construction loans, real estate acquisition, troubled loan workouts, and other related matters.
Tareesha has a growing focus on senior housing finance, where she assists lenders in structuring and closing complex transactions. She works collaboratively with all parties to help ensure deals are thoughtfully tailored to meet project goals.
