Hanson Bridgett Names Dan Spector Practice Leader of Family Wealth Resolution & Dispute Team
December 13, 2023 (San Francisco, CA) – Hanson Bridgett LLP is pleased to announce that Dan Spector has been appointed leader for the firm's newest practice group – the Family Wealth Resolution and Disputes team.

The team represents institutional, private, and lay-person trustees of family trusts and charitable trusts; executors of estates; both charitable and individual beneficiaries under trusts and wills; and persons with claims against trust or probate estates.
Spector is a subject matter expert mediator for Judicate West handling resolution of trust, estate, financial elder abuse, and contested conservatorship claims. He is also Judge Pro-Tem in the Sacramento Superior Court focusing on matters arising from the Probate Division of the Superior Court, a lecturer at U.C. Davis, and a frequent speaker at Sacramento County Bar Association meetings.
