Seramount Recognizes Hanson Bridgett as a Best Law Firm for Women and Diversity
May 29, 2024 (San Francisco, CA) – Hanson Bridgett LLP is pleased to announce that the firm has again been named a Best Law Firm for Women and Diversity by Seramount, a business consulting and research firm dedicated to advancing high-performing, inclusive workplaces. The list recognizes select firms for their ongoing commitment to women's advancement, DEI, and to creating a family-friendly workplace culture. This year marks the 15th consecutive year Hanson Bridgett has been included in the list.

About the Methodology
Seramount’s 2024 Best Law Firms for Women and Diversity application includes 648 questions about attorney demographics at different levels, flexibility, paid time off and parental leaves, and development and retention of women and people of color as well as those from other underrepresented groups. Questions about family-friendly benefits mentoring, and sponsorship participation are also included.

Hanson Bridgett's real-action approach to DEI and the desire to make the legal profession more representative and equitable as a whole is led by Chief Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Officer Jennifer Martinez. The firm is currently headed by a female Managing Partner and a C-Suite that consists of more than 50 percent women and nearly 30 percent LGBTQ+.
