Building Blocks: Exploring Legislative Updates in the Construction Industry

This event will be will presented by three leading practitioners from the Chambers USA Ranked construction firm Hanson Bridgett LLP, with an in-person networking reception to follow at Hanson Bridgett’s San Francisco office.  The presentation will cover new legislation affecting both public and private works in California, including new laws on conflicts of interest in government contracting, authorization for change order approval, payroll requirements, and expanded use of progressive design/build project delivery.
