Grievance Reporting Policy
Hanson Bridgett encourages stakeholders to raise any concerns directly with the relevant individual or department to seek a prompt and amicable resolution. If an issue is not resolved informally or if the stakeholder believes a direct discussion is inappropriate, they may send their complaint or grievance to:
General Counsel
Hanson Bridgett
425 Market Street, 26th Floor
San Francisco, CA 94105
Submissions should include the following information: (a) clear description of the issue; and (b) relevant dates, individuals involved, and any supporting details. Raising a complaint or grievance under this policy does not supersede any stakeholder or firm obligations set forth in any agreement or contract to which the firm and the stakeholder are parties.
Submissions are reviewed by the Firm’s General Counsel or designee and handled promptly and confidentially. Hanson Bridgett will assess the concern, determine appropriate next steps, and may contact the reporting individual for additional information if needed. Retaliation against any individual who raises a concern in good faith is prohibited. Additional details regarding the Firm’s grievance and whistleblower protections are available upon request.
